Teachers and administrators cannot share your information with the parents of other classmates. If you would like to have access to a class list, and authorize the PTO to share your informaton with a class as well as the school, opt-in! We only share this information with the DK8 community.

The Davidson K-8 PTO is a volunteer-based, nonprofit organization whose purpose is to promote and support the instructional focus of our teachers and administrators, and to advocate for all our children through consistent communication, parent and teacher involvement, and fundraising activities.

The PTO has an active and dedicated group of volunteers who support this mission

There will be no formal family shopping events this year, so hours have been extended to allow parents to come in before, during and after school.* 

Students will not be allowed to shop before school without a parent, but will be allowed to come during the day with their teacher’s permission, if they have money.

  • View the interactive book flyer (please monitor young children as there are videos for books labeled grades 4 and up)
  • Visit the virtual fair and shop online, September 19th– October 2nd.
  • Setting up your childs eWallet, a cashless way for your child to shop   

*We will be monitoring the number of people in the media center to not exceed capacity restrictions.

*Hand Sanitizer will used when entering the media center.

*Please use the main entrance of the media center.  The courtyard doors will not be open.
